Direct numerical simulation of turbulence using file I/O functions¶

Abstract¶
A direct numerical simulation code for turbulence with file I/O is implemented on the SX-Aurora TSUBASA so as to decrease user’s memory capacity. Performance of the code was measured by changing the number of files. As a result, the computation time of the implementation is apparently increased compared to the original one and memory capacity is decreased according to the number of files.
