FFT Performance Improvement for SX-Aurora TSUBASA#

Abstract#
A Fast Fourier transform (FFT) is one of the most important and costly computation parts for several scientific simulations. Therefore, NEC provides highly optimized FFT functions for SX-Aurora TSUBASA as a library contained in Numeric Library Collection (NLC). To explore much higher FFT performance, we have examined a new FFT algorithm. In this presentation, I will show its performance characteristics and how to integrate it in NLC.
