Abstract¶
Digital Sovereignty has become a key concept in the world that has changed over the last years. Increasingly national digital strategies are aiming to decouple from international dependencies while the economy is still globalized to the extreme. In this talk we aim to look at the economic, technical and strategic dimensions of Digital Sovereignty and give a European view of the topic.
